We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Executive to support our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Skills

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Support HR Manager in conducting investigations and maintaining employee records.
    • Implement and promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  3. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
    • Prepare and process payroll in collaboration with finance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  4. Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.
    • Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and enrollment.
  5. Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
    • Stay informed about HR trends, legal changes, and industry standards.

Training

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
